I think it is really nice to think about the things that make you happy and create a little list of them. There is bound to be so much more than what we can think up off the top of our head. I've made a small list of the things that make me happy and just writing the list cheered me up a bit. So here we go:

• Stargazing and sunsets
• The colour yellow
• Sunflowers
• Old cartoons
• Fluffy socks and baggy jumpers
• My family
• My boyfriend
• Songs that create memories
• The beach
• Being outside
